Dear Customer, sorry, but we have to ask for a deposit because fake bookings (internet robots) have stolen customers' time. But don't worry about it. This is included in the labour fee, except for no-shows, cancellations due to a delay of more than 10 minutes, or cancellations/reschedule within the last 24 hours.
